Whether a NCIB would help or not is moot, since management is on record saying they won't do it because it's not accretive. They want to use the money for new partnerships.

It's not a good comparison. Large blue chips (banks, telecoms+utilities) with low betas, moated cash flows, and low management ownership (on a % basis) are the ones where NCIB's give ...more
