I spoke with the CEO of a drilling company Thusday afternoon who confirmed they are working on a deal with Tuscany for the Heli Rigs; and they will be deployed to PNG.

yes, but the act of deciding to file is a material thing.....so would they not have to advise the shareholders that they have filed for chapter 11.....

ok, but they halted the stock first thing yesterday. if they were going to file for chapter 11 would they not have announced that by now. it is not like the stock can go down any further

Do you have a link? I doubt that they reveived a good price considering any company that acquired the rigs knew the amount of leverage they had considering TID's liquidity problem.
