No harm in thinking out loud. They already have a JV/partnership with Cronos. The offical statement from the company is they will do an RTO in Q2 largely to expedite public listing.

They already have a partner. They want to trade publicly as their own company. It would cost them significantly more money to acquire an active company vs an empty shell. They are doing the RTO route ...more
