DS now trading over 10% discount to NAV

Quadravest posts the NAV for DS nearly every day, and did post the NAV to March 19,  Did show the NAV at 5.46 and it is has risen a lot more today. HSE the biggest mover up over 20%. CIX up over ...more

Unlike many Quadravest split fund products DS wont miss

DS doesnt have a threshhold where they dont pay, however the distribution amount drops in the stock price drops. Still better than no money at all. Trading at a discount to NAV too....

Quadravest site shows 7.72 to JAN 17

Hmmm must be something different in the weightings , and those stocks they hold outside of the core 15...or they sold a few and have more cash.

DS NAV to Jan 16 = 7.73

I see they had updayed to the 16th, and was 7.68, so add another .05  to that. Last trade today at 7.56 Only a tiny discount here about 2 %

Looks like a nice 8 or 9 cent jump in NAV

NO unit nav with this, as it is NOT a split fund. You get paid based on the share price. It seems to trade at a discount of about 10%, even tho the payout is based on a 10% yield. The distributions do ...more

I forgot to add, that while the top 7 in DS are flat today, the bottom 9 or so stocks in the fund are having a major up day today, led by POW which is up nearly 8%,  and TA also having a big day ...more

MAY 2 , DS NAV net of distribution at 7.68

Was 7.74 up until distributions were taken off. Trading at 7.30 range today, makes it about a 5% discount to NAV and holdings mostly moving up

Updated UNIT NAV to april 17 ... 7.73

Great buy here again folks, and i suspect this one gains some traction and starts to trade at least equal to its Real Asset  Value instead of this  5 or 6 % discount to NAV. As it rises , so ...more

I suspect the NAV now is around 7.67, and last trade at 7.38 so around a .30 DISCOUNT to NAV.... this one should head a lot higher in the months to come. Even a small premium to NAV was the norm for ...more

Low volume selling

Only 2400 shares sold today, and obvious some selling on exdividend date to chase higher returns. DS share price has increased by quite a lot since the start of 2019 but not keeping pace with some of ...more

Feb 15th now 7.45  this bodes well for some other quardavest funds.

Steadily growing NAV will eventually increase the share price.
