The company intends to deploy capital and reduce the payout ratio. At current cash flows, an NCIB would go counter to these goals.

Would be nice at these depressed levels. Trading at 10x forward earnings...insiders should scoop some up at these depressed levels to restore market confidence.

I gave up a long time back as to why the stock trades the way it does. One will either go in depression or go crazy. Will not go brankrupt but the first two choices are pretty much guaranteed.

Since falling to below 18 after results, which were not bad (no surprises), it has displayed the same behaviour for two weeks: up one day to $18.30 or so, then next back down to $18, on above average
