Exactly my number we are on the same page. FFN last sale @ $5.98 means it is trading close to NAV before distributions. After distributions of 19 cents are factored in the FFN commons

FFN unit nav to May 27 = approx $16.13
Spreadswheet is showing a loss of 5 cents since the updated numbers MAY 15th. FFN commons still at a discount until ex divvy date.

Both FTN and FFN have been trading at a discount to their real value, so it makes sense that Quadravest would want to buy back shares at a discount. The less shares out , the less that is paid out in

IMHO it should raise SP because they feel the current share price is undervalued...or they percieve the midterm conditions favourable for higher SP... tthey could then sell those shares at a higher
