Short positions to the 15th of the month usually come out on Stockwatch in about 5 business days. And really the short position can change a lot in 2 weeks, so its like the brokers dealers really dont

Mid-May FFN NAV is ~$16.21
Using BofC exchange reate of 1.3615 the NAV is ~$16.212244; using the rate of 1.3606 given by Excel the NAV comes just a little lower at 16.20607

FFN unit nav to May 15 = approx; $16.18
Spreadsheet shows a gain of 68 cents from April 30.. making the value of the commons @ $6.18. USD lost 1.35% in the first 2 weeks of MAy and the gains would have been greater without

An estimated gain of about 59 cents since April 30th . Exchange rate was .7327 . Most gains were in the U.S. STOCKS. Slightly lower than at 1:00 P.M.

I think i see the difference, i have the CAD at $73.16 at the close today, and the close on April 30th @$72.53 as per Stockwatch. SW I is the data i use for all the closes , volumes etc

Yes i have both divvies included... will see how the NAV comes out on the 15th, i could be low. In my opinion it is better to err a bit on the low side.

Adjusted FFN NAV on May 13 is ~$16.06
After updating my spreadsheet with April 30 values, today's NAV with BofC rate of 1.3672 is ~$16.059488, rounded up to 16.06; very similar result obtained with MSMoney rate of 1.3670, 16.0581423
