RE: HBC split into a Trust and REIT?HBC: As REIT $800,000,000 RealEstate value X 1.25 capitalization = $1,000,000,000 / 70,000,000 shares = $14.28 unit price alone just for the REIT. The Business Trust can be converted to a trust featuring the credit card division for $10.00 per share plus an IPO to pay down long term debt.
