RE: Comments Anyone?

RE: Comments Anyone? Thanks for the heads-up you guys. Maybe I was over optimistic. I am hoping that the third choice for the limited partners under the terms of the transaction, as stated in the NR: "any combination of the foregoing as they may so choose" leaves the door open for those of us who want to stay in to do so. We were told at the time we got in that they wanted "Patient Money". It would be a shame to not allow people to remain "patient" after hanging in there well-beyond the term of the original agreement. MT et al may be continuing to take heat from original investors because of the current low share price of this very thinly traded, unknown stock. One that could be manipulated by almost anyone. This offer is a decent one for those who have lost faith and run out of patience. However, I don't think the deal is fair if everyone has to go one way or the other. If that is the case I wonder if we could possibly get enough shareholders to vote this one down? Didn't the last AGM provide these guys with more power to exercise their will (smaller quorum requirements, more shares for them, and I think there was something else...?) Stay tuned...
