I have contacted Michael Thornton requesting a list of limited partner shareholders. I also reminded him of two things. 1. when we first invested the concept was that we were to get all of our investment back before Michael Thornton got a dime. The proposed deal gets around this concept. 2. two years ago when the master partnership was formed Michael Thornton specifically said the shares would be lightly traded and not promoted and that we would benefit in the long run from the sale of assets at profitable numbers. None of us expected a fire sale in this time frame, especially at the proposed price.
