HLD BUYOUTTIME IS OF THE Essence With regard to the issue of debentures and cash for HLD partners If this offer is voted for what is to say we would have prompt payment. it appears possible for the offer to remain on the table for months or even longer ! ( YEARS ? ) I had a quick scan through the offer but could see nothing am I missing something?
