Clarifications

Clarifications1. Only 24 of the 30 lots at Silver Spray are HLD lots. 2. Of the initial 24 lots subdivided, 14 (58%) were waterfront lots. 3. Of the 71 lots that remain to be serviced and subdivided, 3 (4%) are waterfront and 5 (7%) are planned for an area above the partially excavated site proposed for the marina. 4. The majority of lots previously subdivided were of the highest value, and they are alongside the public road so servicing costs were the most economical. So far we have been unable to sell one of the three most valuable semi-waterfront lots (shown as numbers 51, 52 & 53 on the Silver Spray maps), so it's difficult to predict what kind of average price will be achievable on the other backland lots. 5. As HLD has limited financial resources and cannot participate in the risk of above-ground construction we need someone else to build the golf course and complete the marina before it will make sense to service and subdivide any of the lots around either of these areas.
