RE: Share value

RE: Share valueIn the 4th qtr Stelco reported loss of $73 million, BUT $76 million was spent on restructuring related charges. These are 1 time charges. I would estimate Stelco spent over $100 mill last year on restructuring related expenses, that they won't have this year, that $100 mill goes to bottom line. They are now a takeover target. Even with an extremely conservative valuation, say that Stelco is worth 1/3 of Dofasco's "pre buyout" value using a Dofasco $46 share price, then Dofasco Cap at $3.57 Billion, say Stelco Cap of $1.17 Billion, then Stelco shares are worth $43 share CONSERVATIVELY.
