investors' votes

1. Who will count our votes at the AGM? Are the current BOD going to involve in the process of the counting and recording the votes? 2. Are the brokerage firm the clients of the proxy firm hired by the current BOD? Is it legal if the firm do something only in the current BOD's favour? 3. Mutual fund firms must own lots of win's shares. Are they going to vote. But they are not the true share holders, are they?
