What's the fair mark value for win right nowBased on the last year's IP dept. data, there was about $0.50 M/Q or 2M/year (mainly from fujitsu). What a mount will win get from cisco/ Redline? Let's say total 0.25 M/Q or One million a year? That's give win 3M as revenue. Win may spead one million for all the operation cost, including lawyer fees. Then there will be 2 M cash left. To be conservative, Let's say one million cash generated instead of 2 M. 1m/42m (shares)=$0.238/s as earning. Let's take 20 as multiples. This gives $4.76/s as fair market value now.
Don't forget that win has $20 M cash in bank. This calculation is only estimated based on the exist licensees' payments. If wi-lan wins another major licensee or litigation, the price shoud go much higher. That very likely will hapen in near future, in my view.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Good luck
