The shipments of concentrate to China are 18-25% nickel. What is interesting is that the veinstructure that they are now encountering is as rich as that or richer. To me that sounds like they could send it directly to the boat and not burden the mill with it. This is only a guess on my behalf. I have a very strong feeling that LBE could be showing higher than 2,6% grades on average in their initial production. This would be excellent in the current price environment. Anyway, as long as nickel stays above 8 usd this is a very cheap company on a cashflow basis. At 10 usd the current valuation is absurd.. At 11 usd...
