Here is my take on things...purely "speculative". Nuvo already has the FDA submission ready to go, but may be waiting to ink a deal with a prospective partner before sending it off. I have a feeling that a deal with a partner is just about done...If you recall the AGM, there was mention that there were more than a few prospective partners in talks...I am sure there has been a lot talk happening and we will soon see the results of same. It would mean that much more to the investing community to have a partner to go at it with the FDA submission...not that I think it will make a difference with the FDA decision (because that should not be an issue) BUT because the investment community will see it as a big positive...eliminating any remaining doubt anyone may have. And this will be great for us shareholders. Afterall, we all know that a submission is coming...what would be a huge surprise is if the announcement of the submission happened at the same time a partner was announced, especially if it a big partner. Pennsaid with the right marketing campaign in the US will be huge. I have waited over 6 years, I can certainly wait another one. I agree also with the thought that the coverage was initiated just prior to a big news release...certainly will bode well with Clarus clients.
