RE: Non-accredited U.S. Investors

RE: Non-accredited U.S. InvestorsZiggy, Don't know if you received an 8 page letter from CS that was directed at certified holders. Since most of us are non-certified holders, CS asked that page six, which was a form asking how many shares you held, etc., be filled in only and faxed to CS. I did this, as did others, also listing my broker (Schwab), account number, etc. If you did not receive the form, at least list on a piece of paper your name, account number, number of CS shares held, home phone, broker, etc. and fax if to them. Wouldn't hurt and could only help. At least they would know who you and your broker were. Their fax number is 604-688-2180.
