Holds uranium prospects in Canada, the United States and Peru.
In Canada, owns Davy Lake, Hall Lake, Patterson Lake, Virgin River and Waterbury Lake uranium prospects, all in Saskatchewan. Also has options to acquire the following uranium prospects: Comstock prospect in British Columbia; Athabasca prospect in northeastern Alberta; Duddridge Lake prospect northwest of LaRonge, Sask.; and Dieter Lake prospect in Quebec.
In the United States, holds options to acquire Chord uranium prospect in Fall River cty., S.D.; Church Rock uranium prospect in New Mexico; and uranium prospects in Wyoming.
In Peru, holds Macusani uranium prospect.
In August 2005, the company and North American Gem Inc. entered into an agreement under which North American Gem can earn 50% interest in the company's Hall Lake and Duddridge Lake uranium projects by paying $300,000 and spending a total of $1,700,000 in exploration expenditures on both properties by April 2007.
In July 2005, the company agreed to acquire 165 unpatented mining claims located in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming, covering 3,300 acres, for 100,000 common shares.

During 2005, the company issued 10,144,286 common shares by private placement for $12,752,584, 7,969,971 common shares on exercise of options and warrants for $4,746,587 and 1,400,000 common shares on acquisition of mineral properties for $2,377,750.
During 2004, the company issued 15,075,088 common shares by private placement for $12,624,793, 6,458,392 common shares on exercise of warrants and options and 550,000 common shares for acquisitions.
During 2003, the company privately placed 5,222,229 common shares for $734,278 and issued 889,000 common shares on exercise of warrants and options and 100,000 common shares for an acquisition; 100,000 common shares were returned to treasury during the year.
