Upside?

Upside?Their last earnings were very disappointing. I lucked out and managed to sell with the analyst upgrades after the acquisition announcement. I don't agree with those upgrades---price dropped after a short pop anyways. The earnings growth trend has been broken. Moreover, one can worry about the price of the new clean diesel. But the stock price has dropped, and it will hit a floor sometime. Maybe already has, but I'm looking elsewhere for buys now. Will keep an eye open if it gets ridiculously cheap.
