So what that every TV in the universe needs a V-Chip (or similar device). If you sell 50 million of them at 1 cent each, big deal. The issue is REVENUE - not licenses. Where's the revenue????? No one, not even TVL can answer that - other than to say $300,000 was made last quarter on V-Chip licenses - and that's pretty pathetic. Either they are selling for a few cents each or they are not selling at all.
