Hi, Susan, From listening to the webcast (available at their website): It sounds like they will soon achieve the critical mass necessary for a FFO payout ratio of 100 or less. If I'm not mistaken they almost have enough acquisitions in the "pipeline" for this.....The management team seems to have very good connections in the industry and are therefore able to find accretive deals. IMO this is a Quality story (one example: 655 Bay St. Toronto). I've accumulated a large (for me) position and will hold probably hold for a long time.
