Tara reminds me of Azimut V.azm

Tara reminds me of Azimut V.azmbecause they bring partners so they will not have to spend any of their own money on their projects. Tara gets shares from their partnered company and still holds a percentage interest and spending no money. azm is trading at about $5.00 and tara at .79 tara is way undervalued.
