SGR valuation

SGR valuationI am new to this board even though I owned this stock from inception in 2004. I owned Gold City stocks before, and received San Gold stocks from the very beginning (and Merit Mining). Currently, most of values come frm San Gold with minimum values frrom Merit. I see there is significant value for SGR: 1) large land place with lots of potential (like Red Lake area); 2) 2 mines already, and another coming very soon; However, I am having some difficulties in coming out valuation. FC said $4 to $8. That will be great, but how do we come out with these number? It looks to me this stock is a great investement for many years and I do not plan to sell any shares. I am thinking adding to my positions at this time. Any advise will be appreciated.
