Manipulation vs Apathy Gloria, unfortunately I do not believe it is manipulation! I believe it is APATHY on behalf of BB. He is still invisible with the major players. I see today that Sprott is once again a buyer. Perhaps BB is set to announce that LSG has concluded the deal to purchase the Bell Creek mill and that LSG will become a produce within the year.
