RE: This is where to Lodge a Complaint The rules are being followed here. I have been in the market for over 30 years and in my experience and what we have seen today is typical trading given the nature of the news release. The market doesn't like uncertainty and the fact that the FDA gave NRI conditional approval the stock is trading accordingly. When the company receives full and unconditional approval then you might see more of a bounce. Also, there is a huge number of shares outstanding...something in the order of 171 million and that alone will keep the price down. It is unrealistic to think that the stock would open at $2. Maybe in a couple of months when full approval is granted and a partner is announced we might see a different story but in the meantime enjoy the profits up to this point.
