customer serviceI currently have dsl and long distance with 3web. My credit card expired, therefore payment didn't go through. They put my services on hold. To fix this problem I send them email, but they generate automatic responses. I called them, but I get instantly disconnected saying something about line to them being busy and to try other time. Even though I want to reacivate my services I can't-- simply because I cant get someone to speak to. If they will keep that up, surely bankrupcy around the corner. Anyone knows how to ge t hold of them, otherwise I will need to look for someone else. Thanks
