with regard to changing credit cards- doesn't work this "automatic roll over" ---trust me I did that --2 weeks later they disconnected my service --nothing wrong with credit card---just didn't bother to use new info
special request did work 3 days later after sending my email so my account is active again
as to you comments about customer service- I don't get you reasoning about 10 dollars you were refering to. If one has a company running, it would be in ones best interest to have someone sitting there in customer billing inquires. I wonder how many people they lost this way? To phone call center NOT FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT BUT FOR BILLING ISSUES shouldn't be your 10 dollar concern since this takes few minutes per client, not 1 or more hours. BILLING IS NOT TECHNICAL SUPPORT but business life line. Seems to me they are loosing grip.
