RE: RE: the haltMajors need neither a 43-101 nor a bankable feas study. They have their own people and their own software, they just need the data as it comes. 43-101 says that you can only publicly release news that has been verified to govt standards. A bankable feas study is only needed if you intend to talk to a banking entity. The pre-feas and feas are optional tools. There is certainly nothing wrong with 43-101 upgrades and feas studies, but they are not necessary for a JV party to have in hand.
