RE: STAR for dreams onlyStar uranium is exactly the kind of company I never touch. Dreams but no reserves in Athabasca.. and dreams of diamonds.. No focus. Production, when? 2030? If they find anything.
My recommendation is to stay with companies that have reserves and therefore have a higher probability to expand them.
My trackrecord of such companies include:
EFR at 1,5 cad
PWE at 1,5 cad
and outside of the uraniumarea LBE at 0,61 cad.
Time will tell who is right. Production in Slovak Republic in a couple of years when 5 million pounds of historic reserves (from one third of the drillholes done) is a much safer bet. Especially if this continues: Subject: Ux U3O8 Price 85.00/lb (+10.00)
But that is of course only a rumour at the moment of writing.
No matter what happens, I will write alot about ULU the coming year. I will also introduce it to more Swedish shareholders as a great buy at current levels as it is artificially pressed down by shortsellers.
My guess is that great "fundamentalists" like Loonee will do the same. At the current hysteria in the market it is hard to find such value as ULU today.
The only caution I would give is that Buhu is right, cheap shares are coming. But many of them are probably shorted out already (currently) and actually are not so many compared to other companies. I am sure for instance that it would take me five minutes with Sedar to make a simillar case for any other junior uranium company.
