Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

I had trouble playing the video but I DIDN'T hear anything about the oil and gas project JV. Mainly that FGT looked into Gold mining (not exploration) and Uranium exploration but hadn't come up with anything yet but the usual 'news will be forthcoming in the next few weeks. Anxious to see if the market will react tomorrow.
