Most likely scenarioIMHO there will be a JV and it will not be with GEA.Why?
1. Sure it was tough to line up a deep drill but not this tough. If Don had wanted one he'd have one by now so he's letting various parties go back and forth with their offers untill we get to the point that one is acceptable.
2.GEA would be in the drivers seat as they are drilling close to the Northern CYP border and actually wedging off FN2 towards CYP tTey should know what's been coming up in those drill cores for months. VG maybe? However, if they are in the know so is Don and CYP. Each good core increases the value so Don probably holding out for more and more as core values increasingly look better as they get closer to CYP
3. Red Lake oretty small and you cannot keep these results or proposed JV's secret forever so others would want a piece of the action. IMHO these others would be the same ones who would want to take out GEA and begin mining. They get CYP at a better price today than they would after drills turning on CYP property with good results.
I say Goldcorp within 4 weeks or before FN1-2 results are out
JMHO
Good Luck
