WHY?

WHY?Some of you guys are a lot smarter than I am so I'll defer to you on the subject of warrants and PP's etc. However, as we all know Trimble is not a director. He is the banker and he allways turns a tidy profit. He'd be moving cheap paper like crazy on Monday but he does't have the opportunity. Now the market cap here is around 37M and it is pretty common knowledge that if a deal has not allready been made then Don is atleast talking to GEA and/or G amongst others. My question is...unless the market could absorb his paper at this level (maybe due to an NR) why would he force the price and hence the market cap down as he is trying to negotiate a partial sell or JV? Your thoughts and good luck
