First Trust Multi Cap Value AlphaDEX Fund V.FAB

Primary Symbol: FAB

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq AlphaDEX Multi Cap Value Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to select value stocks from the NASDAQ US 500 Large Cap Index, NASDAQ US 600 Mid Cap Index and NASDAQ US 700 Small Cap Index that may generate positive alpha, or risk-adjusted returns, relative to traditional indices through the use of the AlphaDEX selection methodology.

RE: BHP - UP 15%

RE: BHP - UP 15%""Surrounded in idiots - For all intent purposes FAB does run BHP. They are even located in the same building and !.1 mil. shares traded in 2 sessions with a 22% increase is more then FAB or WL has to say today. More closer to Diddly SQAT, NOTHING, ZIPPO, FLYING @#$% ALL traded." I think you need to rethink your statement and idiots... if you think a merger will be based on SP then IMO your the idiot. They'll have to publish the terms including a fair value statement based on assets, revenues including a formula of potential revenues from their properties. They are required to dothis by law, to ensure all shareholders receive fair value, else shareholders can take the company to court to sue for the difference. The only "bad" thing to happen was the latest PP IMO, since this further diluted us, which will have an impact on what we get in a merger. If the PP was "because we needed the money pre merger, then that's part of the business", but if post merger we have $$ in the bank, then IMO a few people were given a gift at the expense of the rest of the shareholders..This is all my opinion..." Right on TAHer. And "risk/reward" Easymoney. Does "Proved-Producing" have a premium value to Potential Resource Estimates??....one would think so. One could discount "Producing" by 10-15-20% from 'time value of money' and one could discount "Resource Estimates" by 50% off the top and then 10-15-20% discount stream for future postulated "producing revenues" within a projected resource pricing and cost of production. Thusly, a "101" trying to establish an even playing field regardless of shares outstanding. We should be viewing the "full meal deal" here and hopefully an "apple" can be compared to an "apple" rather than a pomegranate, which is the purpose of the exercise to achieve an acceptable goal before the next drilling season. Without question, I am as frustrated as anyone (several specifically) because I see Boiler Room Stocks trading at 39-$1.75 cents with Complete ZZIP of anything and these guys have 3 wells on-stream, lot's of acreage for development and speculation....and the stock sucks. Hi "Porridge and Maize" (code talk)! (was pomegranate spelt correctly?)
