RE: DD

RE: DDOn Friday, Wyko Corp, a division of Veeco had a ruling go against them in a lawsuit initiated by Zygo Corp concerning patent infringement. The judgement was for just over $1 million. It is possible that this untimely news, announced during the middle of a market selloff, might have taken VECO down a little more than it ordinarily would have.
