RE: Two More Acquisitions Announced$2.45MM for 2 companies. Divestco is building quite a company. Is anyone keeping track of how many acquisitions this makes for Divestco? I don't know either company. But judging by Divestco's acquisition history, this should further improve shareholder value. This looks better than paying a premium to market price for Pulse Data.
