Deals that are well below ave. SP/tank

Deals that are well below ave. SP/tank"That see's the shares driven down slowly over a 6 month deal so that they can get financing at the right price for the commercial investor". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ok Frank, the only problem with that is it wasn't just Exmins share price that has fallen over the past months. With the whole sector taking a hit, I don't believe the SP decline was done for an EXM financing. In hindsight, what if we were to have done a financing at .60 cents when we were at .88 cents? What kind of price would we have had to put on the warrants? .90 cents to a dollar? Another 11 mil. warrant overhang with a mill coming into production? I think were sitting pretty with avoiding fees and warrants (and keeping the shares in hands that aren't likely to flood the market on a selling moment). If we have to raise money in the future, having production will give us a stronger bargaining position with the market. My opinion is that most companies out there would kill to get this kind of situation to help build their empire. The time will come soon when we can add alot more value to some of our other projects before a J/V is set up. It reminds me of something Roulston said to me...anybody can go to the markets and blow their brains out, Exmin is being very smart in there building of the company. 3 year old company about to announce production, yeah..that says something about management. Risk to reward scenario looks very attractive. My opinion.
