RE: Insider selling replaced by PP What SUCYN is omitting is that Management subscribed to a $1 million Private Placement that has just closed So they sell $100K in shares but replace it with a $1 million. If they had sold without raising a MILLION DOLLARS then and only then would there be something to be concerned about!!!
