Certicom neds to demonstrate they can sell, at least, as well as they were doing before launching the Sony suit. Every company is not about to implement ECC in-house. If this were true, CIc customers wouldn't have licensed ECC software in addition to the patent portfolio. ECC implementation must be standardised as being robust and certified as well as being inter-operable. I think if management doesn't believe in themselves to buy stock - some of them are in fact saying they are not competent enough to take this company higher- and hence should be fired. The BOD should institute share buy back IMMEDIATELY. What are they waiting for??? Seguin chose hell of a time to go on holiday.... sounds like the bureaucratic culture is alive and well..........
