Based on today's news of them getting a rig going in the DRC, I can understand why the ELN folks were so relaxed. It would seem unlikely that they would have started this drill program without having the necessary funds to complete it already in the treasury.
If they can't get close to $.90 for the shares about to be issued, I hope they just pull the offering and try it again after news of the results of this drill program in DRC have been disseminated. Based on what I have seen so far it would seem likely that the stock will be well north of $1 after such time.
Took a look at your newsletter web site and it looks interesting. Am I correct that you cover ELN in it? Also, I'm curious whether you have looked at another sister company of ELN's, Freegold Ventures (ITF on the TSE), and if so, what you think of them. That is my largest junior mining company position by far.
