$0.165 bid....what am I missing?

I can't believe that this is tanking. $0.165 bid, am I missing something, like I said yesterday with news pending any day, bid prices should be rising because sellers are willing to give the shares away, the fact that the bids are getting these shares tells me the sellers aren't confident in the company anymore or are expecting disappointing results. Hmmmmm, what to think, what to think?
