RE: ProxyWe have around 125mil fully dilluted outstanding shares and SP at 7 cents. RSG got 137mil and SP $0.25 Personally I think it much depends on management and projects. If the managers are crooks and like to print paper then yes - there will be further dillutions and reverse splits. If they are smart managers they will do financing when SP appreciates a bit. Also I think it depends a lot on properties and projects. IIE has been going for 9 years now without any splits but through those years there has been a lot of dillution and a lot of paper has been printed! I doubt this year or next there will be a split. However, you never know. There will be one for sure if they keep constantly runing out of cash for their financings and programs give no fruits. And if they do it will be more 1:5 than 1:10 split

How it works: If there was a rev split 1:5 right now we end up at 35 cents with 25mil shares, then the stock falls back to 7 cents again (you are divided by 5 and unless you sell before the split or right after the split you lose your pants!) and managers-crooks keep dilluting (stealing your money). At 25mil shares they would have lots of room for further dillutions back to 100+ mil shares then rev. split again and again. Only thing that changes is new investors.
