RE: What is wrong with this stock?
RE: What is wrong with this stock?Allenbow,
I don't think that the market knows more then we do - the market reflects what it thinks lbe is worth right now based on 200 tpd...what the market is not looking at is:
**************
1./ TSX listing coming up soon - this is significant imo because in order to qualify for the level of TSX listing LBE will have to meet certain criterias such as.
According to:
https://www.tsx.com/en/pdf/TSXandTSXVenture_MiningListingRequirements.pdf
a. Minimum Listing Requirements: TSX Non-exempt Senior Producer
b. Property Requirements: 3-years proven & probable reserves as estimated by Independent Qualified Person (if not in production, a production decision made)
c. Recommended Work Program: Bringing the mine into commercial production
d. Working Capital and Financial Resources: Adequate funds to bring the property into commercial production; plus adequate working capital for all budgeted capital expenditures and to carry on the business.Appropriate capital structure.
e. Net Tangible Assets Earnings or Revenue: $4,000,000 Net Tangible Assets; evidence indicating a reasonable likelihood of future profitability supported by a feasibility study or
historical production and financial performance
f. Other Criteria: Up-to date, comprehensive Technical Report prepared by independent QP 18 month projection (by quarter) of sources & uses of funds, signed by CFO
g. Distribution, Market Capitalization and Public Float: $4,000,000 publicly held
1,000,000 free trading public shares 300 public holders with Board Lots
h. Sponsorship: Required (may be waived if sufficient previous 3rd party due diligence
************
2./ Upcoming Q3'07 financial which will have positive cash earnings
3./ Redstone Mill is up and running and processing Redstone ore - if memory serves me correctly the July 17th, 2007 NR stated that 500 tpd was going to be processed for a couple of months and then 200 tpd was going to be processed until McWatters comes online (I would access the nr except that my computer is not having any luck accessing lbe's web page for the nr).
4./ McWatters should be in production by next year (once again this was mentioned in the July 17th nr).
5./ Redstone's anomaly is being sussed out.
6./I forget which nr this information came from but there is also Hart (which may be LBE's 3rd mine).
7. And there is also McAra - the cobalt property which in time may prove to be another mine.
My guestimate for a sp is that be December '07 LBE will be trading anywhere between $4 - $6/share and once McWatters is up and in full swing then lbe's share price will start to trade in the teens imo.
All the best coming your way,
-B1-
p.s. not quite sure if it is coincidence but the three letters that I had to input to put this posting through were: NAV ... how good an omen is this
