The lucky persons "in the know" seem to have got some advance information - they will have picked up a few bucks by buying in advance - a luxury not granted to the general public. It's unusual to circulate 1.5 million copies of a NI43-101, and analysts with reputable houses don't usually throw their reports around to just anyone, so my guess is another paid for PR pamphlet, with someone posing as an "analyst". But allbusiness says Dundee are overdue for coverage, so we'll just have to wait and see. I'm betting on a "Cooper" style report, with a target price - and a bunch of attachments from public sources that look good, but aren't used in the "target" calculation. And a cover your arse disclaimer explaining that the information is based on what the company told them, and they accept no responsibility for any use that might be made of their report. If this is the report that tonyg has found out about - then the "target" might become a self fulfilling prophecy, unless its ridiculously high. The Howe Street shills will take this as the base for their hype - and the likes of sweaty shillman will be all over the report telling "his people" how understated the target might be - when the Russians gather around the Big Table in the Centre of Canada's Universe, and the North York boys jump on the bandwagon - the phones will be buzzing. sweaty likes horsing around, he might top the witty hype he unleashed on Cawker's MEO forum "...my little buckaroo.
