RE: Assets and acquistionsYour point on the dilution and tax is good.  But I'd guess it is already priced in.  At least I had these effects already priced into my model.  ARE is a tough security to put a value on though...analysts were way, way off for a long time.  Nowadays the price seems fairish, but cheap compared to some other construction outfits (I'm still long BTW)...just an opinion.
