RE: RBC STRONG BUY I recieved a notice that this stock was upgrading to a strong BUY as well. Howeve the chart li nes are still a little too far off in an industry that is on the downside of things. I'm going to be keeping my eyes on this one as I see great things for it...but for now I'm not in
