TARA should forge about lawsuit

TARA should forge about lawsuit Is the lawsuits best interest for TRGD shareholders? All these expensive lawsuits, can they really help TRGD share values? If they do, Richard should go for it. If not, drop it, and go forward instead. But, PRO drops Las Minitas mainly based on business decision, they do not need to fulfill the agreement if they decide to drop the project anyway. Even whatever Richard said was completely true, PRO can say that after drilling, they did not like the results. Because TRGD has the disclaimer does not mean Richard should file suits against PRO. The tobacco companies have put warning labels for years, yet people still file suits, and continue smoking or not smoking. Disclaimer or not, historical results can be trusted or not, talking to the original author or not, all these are not the major issue. Drilling results is the main issue. PRO drops the project based on drilling results, and dropping a project is a business decision, not an emotional decision, and not a right or wrong decision. It is just whether it is profitable or not decision. Richard can be completely right, but if the drilling results are not consistent with 43-101, why should PRO continue the JV? If you think PRO acted in bad faith, think again, who got the better deal in this saga? PRO or TRGD? IMHO, Richard should focus on finding new partners and forget about the the JV with PRO. Do something positive, even if Richard wins the lawsuits, Tara will not get PRO back into JV, maybe at most some money compensation. Furthermore, PRO already paid for the drilling, thus whatever TRGD got will not be much. TRGD already got the better deal so far in this saga, it got Las Minitas back 100%, and some one did the drilling for them for FREE, possibly also some PRO shares and initial cash (not certain about these two), so why in the world Richard wants to file suits against PRO? Even the court completely supports TRGD, and forces PRO back into JV. What will happen? PRO will dissolve the JV again after the initial period to satisfy the court and will not drill any more. What kinds of value can TRGD shareholders get by this kind of arrangement? Nothing except more delays and more hurts. Richard should just spend your time and energy on positive aspects and find new JV for Las Minitas instead. Forget about what is the past. Negative energy will not produce positive results. I am a share holder of TRGD.
