My source for unbiased Technical Analysis did pass on some more positive information after his look at last weeks's charts. He has changed his guidance as follows: - Short term: Upgrade to Positive from Mixed - Intermediate term: Upgrade to Positive from Negative - Long term: Negative [No change] Although I don't have much faith in TA on a company such as ISM, this guy has had a flawless record so far. Take it for what you think its worth.
