Please advise whether those that tell me they have margin on stocks under $3, and the brokers who grant them this accommodation, are breaking some regulation. You might consider backing it up with a reliable reference - maybe when you delivered the miningstockreport shiny brochure to the Financial Post and the G&M, you would have chatted to someone that would know - by the way, did either of these papers quote the Darcell "Analyst's" Report?
