I see you have chosen your option from the advice I gave you on the FNI forum. It didn't surprise me that you chose to ignore the risk and continue to spread lies. That is the stupid thing to do, and given your intellect, the choice I expected from you. Just so there's no doubt as to my warning, and in case others might consider an approach like yours, I'll repeat what I said on the FNI forum:
I notice you have taken it upon yourself to indicate that there is something wrong with Liberty's disclosure policy, and also that its using second hand equipment that needs upgrading already.
There are a couple of ways that these lies can be dealt with. As has been stated previously, Liberty has indicated they are not going to ignore slanderous remarks. You have about three choices in this regard.
1.You can withdraw the remarks, apologize for having made them, and maybe make some excuse for your dumbassed behaviour. You can then hope that Liberty will accept the retraction and apology, and take no further action.
2.You can quit this bashing that you have chosen, say nothing, and hope that Liberty will take no further action.
3.You can continue to be stupid, and keep spreading the lies. That way you will remove any doubt as to whether Liberty will take action. The only thing in doubt will be where you are when that man in the dark suit hands you a paper, advising of the action being taken and where you should report to deal with it.
It's up to you of course, this is a free country, until you get caught. Considering what an utter moron you are, I would suggest one thing before you decide what to do. Talk it over with someone who is more sensible and mature than you. This may be a legal guardian, your parents, or just about any child of six years of age or greater. You might also consider whether your employer will enjoy reading your name in the civil suit, it could be a burden paying your legal fees out of Employment Insurance.
As for me, I hope you choose #3, Liberty is looking for a poster boy to show they meant what they said. I think the publicity for you and your other aliases would spice things up a bit around the StockHouse forums. Its been a couple of months since that last nitwit's name was spread around the internet and Court.
